Weightloss Nutritionist - Jo Scott
Hi everyone
For those who haven’t met me, I’m Jo Scott, a Weight Loss Nutritionist and Habit Coach based in Townsville.
I own Optibods for Women, hold Personal Training qualifications, am a qualified chef, and previously owned Opti Eats, a weight loss meal preparation service that helped hundreds of locals take the guesswork out of healthy eating.
For the past 11 years I’ve worked with more than 1,000 women, helping them lose weight, improve their relationship with food, and understand what is actually happening inside their bodies.
My approach is a little different. Rather than handing out generic meal plans, I use my own coaching system, software, recipes, educational programs and family-friendly meal ideas to help people create habits they can maintain long term.
I work with you and your current diet, your taste buds (the most important part), and issues such as:

One of the things my clients love most is that I don’t just tell you what to eat. I teach you why you’re eating, how habits are formed, what drives cravings, and how to make food work with your lifestyle rather than against it.
I’ve recently opened up limited home visit appointments for people who may be unable to travel, are home with a new baby, have mobility challenges, or simply feel more comfortable getting started in their own home.
